Summary 0000021: DESCRIPT.ION is always overwritten even if it has the Read-only attribute.
Description DESCRIPT.ION is always overwritten even if it has the Read-only attribute. This is because the DESCRITP.ION library always creates a new file (and deletes the older one) when updating the resource.
